Define your data set

You can set the labels to be used when scanning the data. These labels will be included in the data sets consisting of scanned values with for each a date/time stamp. The App will give an alert in case the same barcode is read twice within a set of barcodes.

Scan barcodes using the iPhone camera

Barcode recognition is excellent. The following barcode types are supported: Code 39, Code 128, EAN-13/UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, QR Code.
In case you inadvertently scan the same barcode twice, the App indicates that you need to scan another barcode.

In low-light conditions, the LED flashlight is automatically activated.

Select the data sets to be sent by e-mail

All data you scanned is stored locally in the Data View. From there you can select which data sets you want to send by e-mail.

E-mail can be sent to a default recipient, to address book contacts or to any other e-mail address. It contains the scanned data, date/time stamps and an attachment for import in Excel.

Import data sets in Excel

After importing the attachment from the e-mail, you can manage your data in Excel.

The iPod Touch with camera (current generation) has no autofocus which makes reading barcodes difficult. The previous generation and second generation iPod Touch are supported by Triplecode Pro using the Linea Pro barcode reading accessory.
